Hardware
Warranty Service Repair normally requires the end user to troubleshoot the problem with the manufacturer over the phone before warranty work can be done.
Dell and Apple warranty repair, along with any non-warranty service repair is available from the MSU Computer Repair department.
The MSU Computer Store provides warranty repair assistance for customers who purchased a computer from the MSU Computer Store. It is normally best for the end user to work directly with the manufactures tech. support staff, however we provide help to our customers when needed.
