The MSU Computer Store (CS) is operated by the MSU Computer Laboratory as a service for students, faculty, permanent staff, and departments at Michigan State University. The CS will use its best effort to inform its customers of the various features and options available with respect to microcomputer hardware and software, but makes no recommendations to the customer. Michigan State University makes no warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to the goods sold pursuant to this agreement. Any implied warranties of merchant ability or fitness for particular purpose are specifically disclaimed.

In accordance with the Computer Store Policy the customer represents and agrees that:
(note: restrictions below apply to personal purchases only)

1. He/She is eligible to purchase equipment from the CS under current regulations and guidelines
2. Both a valid, current Michigan State University ID and Picture ID are required at the time of pickup for all purchase.
3. I am not purchasing these products for the purpose of further resale.
4. Prices in effect at time of sale are final and all sales are final; cancellations or other changes in this order not allowed.
5. Product price, configuration, and availability from the manufacturer are subject to change without notice.
6. The balance on deposit orders must be paid in full at pick by cash, cashier's/certified check, or money order to obtain cash discount prices. Deposits are nonrefundable. Personal checks are not accepted for final balance payment. If paying balance by Visa or MasterCard the actual card will be needed at the time of pickup.
7. Deposits are held for 2 weeks after order has arrived. After this data, orders with balances not paid in full will be canceled and the deposit forfeited, unless prior arrangements are made with the Computer Store.
8. He/She will assume responsibility for adhering to the licensing agreements associated with software purchased on this order.
9. Additional, vendor specific restrictions may apply. You will be notified of these restrictions, if any, when you pick up your order.

I am an entering freshman student who has graduated from high school, been accepted to MSU, signed a letter of intent to enroll and submitted a non-refundable deposit or payment to MSU.
I am a current faculty member.
I am current PERMANENT staff member who is directly associated with MSU's academic mission.

By signing below, I certify that...

1. the products I am purchasing are for my own personal, educational and/or research use.
2. I understand that I may purchase no more than one (1) system every year.
3. I understand that violation of this agreement may lead to the termination of this Institution's agreement with the vendor(s).

This order forms comprises the entire agreement affecting this purchase and no other oral or written agreement, understanding, or representation of any nature concerning this purchase, has been made or entered into or will be recognized. This order shall not become binding until signed by Michigan State University Computer Laboratory's authorized representative.
